Which photo should I use for my personalized gift?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo, ideally the original file rather than a screenshot. The editor accepts JPEG, PNG and WebP images up to 10 MB. Check the crop and keep faces and important words within the printable area so the details that matter stay visible.
Can I preview my photo gift before ordering?
Yes, the editor provides a preview to check your photo, text and placement before adding the gift to your cart. Take a moment to check names and dates. The preview helps you choose; colours and texture may vary slightly depending on your screen, the material and the printing process.
When should I order a gift for a birthday or special occasion?
Allow time for both production and delivery of your personalized gift. Timing varies by product and destination: check the product page information and the options offered at checkout before ordering. Leave some extra time for an important occasion; an estimated delivery date does not guarantee arrival on that day. Shipping & returns
Can I have the gift delivered directly to the recipient?
Yes, enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. You can also have it sent to you if you would like to give it in person. Check the recipient's name, address and postcode before confirming, so your thoughtful gift can reach them even when you are far apart.
Can I change my personalized gift after ordering?
Email hello@sheloves.it as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether it is still possible based on production or shipping progress. Changes after ordering are not guaranteed: check your message, the selected variant and the delivery address before confirming.
What if my gift arrives damaged or with an error?
